We have handled various domestic and international Arbitrations and have it on record as having filed and proceeded on the First Arbitral matter under the UNICTRAL Laws/Rules involving a Non-State and State party under the auspices of the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Hague in1998.
Our head office is situate in the prime commercial central district of the political capital of Nigeria, thus placing us advantageously in our dealings with government and regulatory agencies and conferring proximity to the offices of multinationals and leading financial institutions.
